Local-first by design.

Your Work Journal is built from your work, so Workframe keeps the trust model simple: local app data, no account, no ads and no tracking.

  • Local storage Tasks, plans, focus sessions, journal data and settings stay on your Mac.
  • Optional Activity Awareness If enabled, Workframe records limited local active-app signals for review context. It does not read screen contents, browser URLs, documents, messages, keystrokes or window titles.
  • Optional notifications macOS notifications are used only for local reminders if you allow them.
  • Email-first support Support only receives information you choose to send.
